بنیاد نیکوکاری جمیلی افتخار دارد که از اولین سال تاسیس در عرصه خدمات اجتماعی با رویکرد تامین بخشی از مشکلات دانش آموزان و دانشجویان مستعد که فقدان توانایی مالی بزرگترین دغدغه شان می باشد و با هموار کردن بخشی از این دغدغه ها که مهم ترین معضل این روزهای جامعه می باشد، راه را برای پیشرفت این عزیزان فراهم نموده تا بتوانند پله های ترقی را طی نمایند. با اندیشه تعهد و به شکرانه ی این موهبت الهی که خداوند بر ما عطا کرده تا بتوانیم خدمتگزار باشیم، برآن شدیم تا زکات چنین خیری را بپردازیم.
تمامی هزینه ها و بودجه مورد نیاز این بنیاد برابر ماده 27 اساسنامه منحصرا و به طور کامل توسط هیئت امنا تامین می گرددکه برای تضمین و استمرار همیشگی این مسیر پرخیر و برکت مقادیر قابل ملاحظه ای از سهام شرکت ها ی گروه صنعتی و معدنی زرین خریداری شده است.
در طول تمامی سال هایی که از عمر این بنیاد سپری می شود با افتخار اعلام می کنیم که بنیاد نیکوکاری جمیلی نه تنها هیچگونه کمک مالی، هدایا و غیره از طریق ارگان ها و یا افراد دولتی و غیردولتی، دریافت ننموده است بلکه اقدام به پرداخت کلیه مالیات ها و انجام اقدامات مالی خود زیرنظر اداره کل امور مالیاتی سازمان امور اقتصادی و دارایی نموده است.
این بنیاد همچنین برای دانشجویان و دانش آموزان مستعد طرح وام شرافتی را نیز اجرا میکند تا جوانان با اعتماد بنفس و شرافتمندانه تحصیل کرده و بعد از ورود به بازار کار، هروقت که توان داشتند دریافت های خود را به بنیاد عودت دهند تا بنیاد هم بتواند همچنان افراد بیشتری را تحت پوشش قرار داده و این روح کمک به همنوع را سینه به سینه انتقال دهد و زنده نگه دارد.
