The 8th Young Scientists Festival, driven by its mission of supporting basic sciences for the development of technology and innovation, concluded on December 17th, 2024 at the University of Tehran’s Central Library in parallel with the Research and Technology Week of Iran’s Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
The festival consisted of 2 distinct sections: one dedicated to ideators and another for startup owners. From a group of 534 talented participants, 10 proposals were selected as the final winners in the “Idea” section and were honored accordingly.
In the “Young Faculty Member” section, after a thorough review of the submitted resumes by the judges, none were deemed eligible to receive the Jamili Foundation’s research grant. Subsequently, in the idea section, 17 proposals, and in the startup section, 4 teams were selected as commendable.
